Dr. Colleen Pearson

After starting as an Information Technology Specialist, I decided I needed a change in career. One more blue screen of death after Y2K and I was going to need serious help. I went back to college at 38 to pick up the classes I’d need to get into grad school. I received my Doctorate of Psychology at 44 and never looked back. 

During the pandemic, I got certified as a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher because I believe those practices help everyone, no matter what the issues or challenges.


My practice is now focused on using Mindfulness and Meditation practices to assist my clients in their day-to-day struggles. In the past 30 years, there have been numerous studies showing how well these approaches work for stress and anxiety, the most prevalent issues we see in therapy today.

Recording these meditations and making them available, for free, was important to me.
