This guided meditation is designed to help you connect with your Root Chakra (Muladhara), the energy center located at the base of your spine that governs stability, security, and a sense of belonging. Through deep breathing, visualization, and affirmations, this practice will anchor you to the Earth, release fear, and cultivate a strong foundation of safety and strength.

What to Expect:
🌿 Centering Breathwork – Slow, grounding breaths to calm the mind and body.
🌿 Earth Connection Visualization – Imagine roots extending from your body into the Earth, drawing up nourishing energy.
